CineMart and Rotterdam Lab

The Film and Media Foundation NRW supports innovative film projects as part of the International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR) 2026. Authors can apply for a working grant of 20,000 euros if they have an English-language synopsis and at least one previously filmed screenplay. The funding aims to support the development and production of independent films and increase the visibility of German and international talents.
