Sonya Schoenberger is a Berlin-based artist whose practice engages with biographical ruptures against the backdrop of political or social upheaval, drawing on people's own accounts from biographical conversations; this work has produced several archives, alongside existing and sometimes found archives. In 2018 she launched "Berliner Zimmer," a long-term video archive based on the accounts of people in Berlin.
