Documentation and Research of Site-Specific Art in Leipzig-Grünau

On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Leipzig-Grünau housing estate, the city of Leipzig and the Wüstenrot Foundation are launching a joint project to document and research the architectural art of the GDR era in Grünau. Artists, art historians, heritage conservationists, and residents of Leipzig-Grünau are invited to apply. The funding includes €1,500 per month plus travel expenses. The aim is to make this often-threatened cultural heritage visible and to rediscover it together with the community.
