Martin Roth Initiative

The Martin Roth Initiative supports artists, curators, and art educators who have had to leave their home countries and wish to continue their artistic work in Germany. The stipend amounts to €1,500 per month plus travel costs and is awarded in collaboration with cultural institutions such as HFBK Hamburg. The initiative supports both the artistic development and professional reorientation of refugee cultural professionals in their new environment.
