Mentoring Programme for Women in Culture & Media

Deutscher Kulturrat Mentoring Programme for Women in Culture & Media: aimed at highly qualified women seeking career advancement, a leadership position in the culture and media sector, or better market positioning; applicants should have at least ten years of professional experience, with no age limit. Since 2017, eight rounds of the six-month 1:1 mentoring programme have been held for a total of 210 women.
