New Perspectives for Playwrights

The German Literature Fund supports playwrights and dramatists with 1,500 euros per month who have suffered significant income losses from royalties due to the pandemic. The programme supports not only original authors for the stage, but also creators of stage adaptations and adaptations of existing works such as novels. The aim is to provide writers with an economic perspective so they can continue their profession and continue writing for theatre.
