NOperas! - Music Theater Project

NOperas! brings together several theaters, including those outside of NRW, to collaboratively develop a music theater project each season and showcase it in various site-specific formats. Annual calls for proposals allow a jury to select projects from the independent scene, which can receive funding of up to 150,000 euros. For the 2025/26 season, the project 'Die Kantine' by Nico Sauer is scheduled, with its premiere at the Theater Münster. More information can be found on the NOperas! website.
