The Kulturstiftung der Laender manages the application and selection process for Germany's residency scholarships abroad. Artists can apply for residency grants in Italy and France, including at the Villa Massimo, Casa Baldi, the German Study Center in Venice, and the Cite Internationale des Arts in Paris.
