dance + theater make strong

The project 'dance + theater empower' supports local alliances that work artistically with children and young people from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. The aim is to familiarize these young people with contemporary practices of the Performing Arts and to give them the opportunity to try them out. The funding is provided under the federal program 'Culture strengthens. Alliances for Education'. The third funding phase runs from 2023 to 2027 and offers performing artists and their cooperation partners the chance to realize innovative projects that strengthen the participation and empowerment of children and young people.
